We change it up every month so it is always a surprise. You will receive five items from different categories such as food, clothes, everyday carry items, tech gadgets, survival tools, and MANY more. Once you receive your box, we post all about the products on our social media accounts so you can interact with the awesome companies that made them.
All of our boxes ship together in the middle of each month. Domestic orders in the United States usually take about 2 days to reach the destination. International orders can take up to a week. Patience is a virtue! If you need a rush order for a gift purchase, send us an email and we will do our best to help you out!
We ship our boxes to the United States and Canada! We would love to include the rest of the world, but unfortunately some countries do not allow us to send knives and such through their customs. Our international shipping fee is $7.99
Absolutely! We can include personalized messages in your boxes, just send us an email with exactly what you want to say and we will make it happen. We can also do gift receipts! We receive some pretty ridiculous requests, and it makes our jobs worth doing. So please do not hesitate to ask us… we will make it happen!
The KinderBox is designed for men over the age of 21, because some of our boxes include items such as beer bottle openers, etc. If you have a question about the contents of an upcoming boxes, just let us know and we will help you out.
Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States which takes about 7 to 10 business days to deliver. If you can’t wait that long for your box, we offer USPS Priority Mail 2 Day Shipping at checkout. We know… it’s pretty awesome!
We know that not everybody can handle all the manliness every month. If you absolutely need to cancel or suspend you account, please visit our cancellation page for more information. We make it pretty simple so don’t sweat it!
We don’t want you to waste your time nor money shipping things back to us. Keep your products or give them to someone who will put them to good use. We can do refunds but on a case to case basis, please refer to our terms and conditions at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen products while in transit. All of our boxes are inspected by a quality control chief before departing our facility. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems and we will try to work something out!
